Speaker Bios

Emil Mladenov is a creative, analytical and entrepreneurial professional with deep, first-hand experiences in a wide array of business functions, spanning from Marketing to Market Research, and from Corporate Strategy to Business Development. As head of digital marketing at DrFirst, he relentlessly challenges healthcare professionals to adopt pharmacogenomics, real-time benefits checks and other new tools that ensure drug price transparency, improve medication adherence and curb rising opioid abuse. Emil’s team is responsible for planning and executing new B2B and B2C digital programs, designing engaging interactive experiences, and employing research to inform marketing strategies, strengthen messaging and enable sales qualification. Michael Lukich is the Marketing Analytics and Insights Executive Leader at Booz Allen Hamilton. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing measurement strategies. He has extensive experience in the digital analytics space. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Michael ran marketing technology for Total Wine & More, focusing on modernizing their marketing tech stack. Before that, Michael spent time at WealthEngine, a consumer data company, where he ran the marketing department and MarketBridge, a consultancy, where he was a Principal within their Marketing Analytics practice. Michael has also worked for Marriott as a Manager within their Strategic Business group, and for Accenture as a Consultant in their Systems Implementation & Technology practice. Michael earned his MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, where he focused his studies in Analytic Marketing.
